食品发酵工艺实验室位于化工楼B102,约200平方米,配备有啤酒发酵生产线,未来还将配备果汁加工生产线。该实验室可开展FCE3B2D014发酵工程概论和 FCE3B2D007果蔬加工课程相关的实验 。
Food fermentation lab is loacated at Room B102 of Food Science Building (about 200 m2). This lab was refurbished lately, equipped with a pilot scale beer production line, and will be equipped with a pilot scale fruit juice production line. This lab is put to use recently for courses such as FCE3B2D014 Introduction to Fermentation Engineering and FCE3B2D007 Fruit and Vegetable Products Processing.
